Addressing pain points in commercial vehicle logistics, such as lengthy charging times, inadequate energy replenishment infrastructure, and high costs of battery swap stations—GBT introduced its ultra fast charging battery solution for commercial vehicles. The company's standard commercial vehicle battery box achieves a maximum charging current of 600A with an energy density ≥140Wh/kg. GBT's ultra fast charging batteries for commercial vehicles can be deployed in mining operations, port operations, and logistics trunk lines. Since 2023, they have been operational in mining areas of Yunnan Province.

On the limestone transport route between Kunming's Shilin and Qujing's Yuezhou, over ten electric heavy duty trucks equipped with GBT ultra fast charging batteries depart daily from the super fast charging station in Luliang County, Qujing City. Each truck makes two round trips daily before returning to the Luliang base. With a fixed daily shipment of 800 tons of limestone from Shilin to Yuezhou, this initiative has established a new energy freight route connecting Shilin and Yuezhou.

In this application scenario, each round trip covers approximately 200 kilometers, with a single truck achieving a daily range of 394 kilometers. Charging from 20% to 80% takes only 15 minutes, enabling seamless navigation of complex road conditions. The ultra-fast charging capability of the GBT Ultra Fast Battery significantly enhances the operational efficiency and stability of electric heavy-duty trucks. Based on current electricity and fuel prices, each truck saves 894.37 yuan daily in power costs. Operating 330 days annually yields annual savings of 295,100 yuan, demonstrating significant economic benefits. The implementation of GBT's ultra-fast charging battery solution for commercial vehicles not only injects new momentum into efficient commercial vehicle operations but also ushers in the ultra-fast charging era for the commercial vehicle industry through technological breakthroughs.
